If one door is not responding to both open & lock, then it is likely that the solenoid that moves the mechanics has failed or the cable to it is interrupted somewhere.
There will a a fuse and a relay related to all doors but the switch at each door controls that door or, nearly always in the opposite direction, allows locking all of them. That latter position turns on the relay that is the master control while the first applies fused voltage via the switch itself.
It would help searching for the problem if you had a low-cost multimeter; under $20 at Radio Shack & auto parts stores or under $10 at Harbor Freight Tools. This would allow you to check for missing voltage and/or continuity. A service manual from Haynes or Chilton (if available) would provide electrical diagrams to aid in tracing wiring.

Sounds like you need a door lock actuator for the drivers door.

Bmw drivers door only wont lock/unlock with key fob

Could be your driver door lock mechanism that is going bad , since the other door are working, it cannot be the fob. I would try to change the driver side door latch mechanism.

2000 Windstar - key fob works for all doors EXCEPT drivers door. Key also doesn't work in drivers door.

The door locking mechanism and actuators are the most likely issue here. Very unliekly that the key fob is the problem. not sure about he problem with the drivers door lock, could be dirty, damaged or not the original that matches the key. have you tried graphite?

Honda CRV 2002 Power Door lock

try testing or replaceing the drivers door lock actuator, reprogram ur key fobs and try unlocking and locking ur doors. as far as the lights and reminder,....it sounds like a seperate problem. but try the door actuator first (drivers side always act up and cause every other actuator to act up... like a bad kid that gets the rukkus started and ruins things for everyone..
