Very small hands it should be under hood on driver side firewall.no hard at all just tight space.some Honda fuel filters are under car right by the tank also easy to change make sure you look at filter and put flow toward engine (arrow)

SOURCE: odeometer and clock lights

Just replaced bulb on my 2002 Accord EX. Simple to do.
1. Lift up the trim piece around clock; just slide a putty knife under and lift.
2. Take out assembly and look on underside for small gray bulb base ( about 3/16 dia.). It helps if you have the new one to compare.
3. Use small blade screwdriver in slot and rotate counterclockwise to remove. You may have to shake it to get out.
4. Examine the new bulb to find the slots that DO NOT have wires. Put bulb into socket and rotate clockwise with screwdriver in proper slot.
That's it; you now are there.

SOURCE: change dashboard light bulb in 2002 Honda Accord EX V6

you will need fill up screw driver and a flat head remove the 2 screws that hole the BLK panel . then you use your flat head gently push up and out on the lower left and right coroners . be very carefull make sure you got time no rush. NOTE : make sure you go pick up the LIGHTS I USED sylvania lights part #74 LL YOU WILL NEED 14 OF THEM COST 4.99 FOR A SET OF 2 AND IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC CAR YOU WILL NEED CALL A HONDA DEALERSHIP AND FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE THE ONES THAT LIGHT UP WHEN YOU CHANGE GEARS.

  • after you got the BLK panel off you will see 2 gold screw do not take them off.
  • remove 4 BLK screw , two of them will be next to the gold screw . the other will be right on the top
  • after you got the screws off
  • stat pulling out the dashboard out slowly ..
  • after you see that the dashboard dosen't want to come out you should be able to see these 3 green wire connection one on the left , right and one in the middle
  • I use a long flat screw driver to push the small clip in the middle then at the same time push up.
  • one you took off all 3 you can pull it out .(CAREFULLY)
  • TWIST OFF THE SMALL BLK ONES OFF VERY EASY YOU CAN BUY AT ANY AUTO STORE . BUT FOR THE ONE THAT LIGHT UP WHEN YOU CHANGE GEARS IF YOU AUTOMATIC YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THEM FORM THE HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR THE WHT ONES I STILL don't know how to take them off . am going to see if honda can give me a hand .
  • just to let you now am also changing the clock light and the Cruise control/TCS button light also
  • O I for got change all the lights in the dashboard cause it is a b***h to take it off.
  • hopefully this helps

1994 Honda Accord EX has a gas smell, no visible leaks, what could be the cause?

Have a 95 Accord LX, 4 cyls. One of four spark plugs went bad and misfired. The gasoline was not always burned, ending up smelling like gasoline. Changed all four plugs and the engine is OK now.

How do you know if your air &gas regulator on honda accord 2002 ex is working ?????

If you mean the fuel pressure regulator, you do a fuel pressure test. That checks the fuel pump, fuel filter, and the pressure regulator. Rent or borrow a fuel pressure gauge, hook it onto the test port, turn key on, and read the pressure. With engine running, read it again, it may drop a few psi which is normal. My 2002 Honda Accord Ex 4 cyl has 110,000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. What could it be? I was planning on having the timing belt and water pump replaced tomorrow.

Check engine light comes on because engine computer has detected a fault. It could be anything, from a cheap sensor to an important component out of specifications, to a service reminder. Most shops (not necessarily Honda dealers, ) have the diagnostic equipment to hook it up to your car and tell you what is wrong, before fixing anything. Usual rates for this diagnostic is below $100, including quote for repair.

Changing valve cover gasket on 92 honda accord EX 4 cyl...

no and should be easy compared to what your used to.  Just put a small dap of silicone at the 4 points the cam bearing caps meet head(don't remove the caps) you will see what I mean when you get into the job. I also recommend distributor  o-ring they leak often and  are also fairly easy. just mark the dist. It will only go in 2 ways it has tabs to align it not gears.
