The blower is in the passenger footwell under/behind the glovebox. pull out the black panel and you can access it. Find where the two wires go into the motor and with the switch on, see if you are getting power to either of the wires. You should only get power to one, the other is the negative. If you are getting power, then your motor is the problem. If not, it could be the switch, resistor or relay.

check your cars blower- it maybe just a fuse- take off the fuse cover and look for the indication of the fan/blower- I would change all of your fuses but you can do just tat 1 and see if it helps, if not, there is another fuse in some cars located under the hood- be careful not to chop your fingers off-

The blower is most likely still good.
Check that all of your fuses are still good.
You also may want to check the blower motor resistor pack.

ASE mechanic:
blower motor regulators go bad because of the switching between low and high speeds. some times these are under the dash and require tiny hands and lots of patience
