The alarm must of activated , the alarm is controlled by the locks, go to passenger door and use the key to lock and then unlock the door, this will shut down alarm, you may have to use the passenger door to shut down alarm due to a bad switch in drivers door, this will allow you to start the car, you can also not lock door and alarm may not arm. let me know if the passenger door lock works, good day.
I had the same problem with our 2004 RSX. First the driver's side window now the passenger side. They tried to glue the window back twice (driver's side) and ended up having to replace the window and tabs. Now the passenger side did the same thing. My wife put up the window and it kept going, coming out of the track. I'm assuming the window will have to be replaced. Waiting for Acura's ruling. Must be a flaw in the tabs/glue...should have been a recall.
Firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6. Back cylinders are 1-2-3 (passenger side
to driver side). Front cylinders are 4-5-6 (passenger side to driver
side) hope this helps.
Ground goes through the master switch on the drivers side. Bad master switch can cause the other windows not to work. Don't forget to check the "window lock" switch in the master switch, which shuts off the other 3 windows.
With power windows you will not be able to move them if everything is as its suppose to be...i dont care how strong you are....by design of the motor and gears no one can move them up and down with the motor in place.
Sounds like you have a powert problem to the window lift motors get that fixed and they should work on their own.
Driver windows tend to work more due to its on the driver side and tend to fail before others. New window switch is fairly cheap, the motor I would get it from a junk yard or you can get both from a junk yard. check all fuse and relay first. test the switch or replace it before you start tearing the door cover off. working and replacing the door motor is not an easy task on the ledgend.
well check window switch on driver side first does it roll down from that side / does it roll down from passenger side/ next if not do you hear the motor if yes its the switch in driver door that is bad / if you don here the motor then its the regulator/motor that needs replacing/ Please rate my response thank you very much
