Possibly starter, or could be a bad connection, bad ignition switch, clutch safety switch? Without trouble shooting and determining the actual issue it is impossible to know.
Bad recharge tension,must see with voltmeter by battery,mostlikely bad alternator bridge/brushes.Rare:alternator belt slip,can be asociated with motor over heating (because of the water pump shared belt).Brake light must track the problem,can be stucked float on the pump oil cap,worn brake pads (if it have the sensor,easily identify by wire near the pads),bad hand brake switch.
The sunroof motor is right above the open/close button inside the headliner. You are going to have to remove the headliner to replace it. Just a couple of screws and a connector from there.
