When the car won't restart (all it does is crank!), the power windows won't work. Everything else works uninterrupted. The crank sensor was changed. Key & ignition were cleaned, fuel pressure has been checked several times. A friend told me to leave the key in the on position, walk away for 15 minutes, come back & the car should start. I tried it & it started, but most of the time when the car stalls, it's not in a safe location to do this. Please, does anyone know how to correct this problem? Thank you very much!!
If you have a vats system (anti-theft) it needs to be reset

well the window and seat problem is probably a broken wire in the harness between the door and body open rubber boot and inspect and repair
the fuel i would start by checking for power at connector back by fuel tank you should have power with key on for about 10 seconds then turn key off and wait for a few seconds and try if you have power it is probably the fuel pump

WOW a 94 with 46K on it thats rare. Your computer may be bad it sends the pulse to the injector.

A friend had a toyota which did the same. The problem was the coil inside the distributor. once he replaced it all was well. The problem was the coil leaking and getting hot and then shutting the engine down. Once it cooled off it would run for about 15 to 30 minutes. He spent several weekends working on it and replacing electronics and finally checked inside the distributor and there was the problem.
