Once i get up to around 40mph my car starts to make a rubbing noise and vibrates under the driver side floorboards, feels like its coming from the front wheel, my tires are new all around. Recently replaced the entire front brake system (calipers to pads) along with a new wheel bearing. both wheel bearings were done less than 4 months ago and are in good shape, rear wheels were squealing, sounds like i need to do those breaks but would it cause the rubbing in the front floorboards? not louder when i turn and tends to go away at lower speed, unless I'am slowing down
I would have the front wheel bearing adjustment checked first as if they are loose the rotor will be rubbing on the pads and the vibration will be wheel wobbling on the loose bearings Unless you replaced the bearings with new ones then they will fail especially if the adjustment was too tight and too much grease was used.

That's indicative of a wheel bearing, which is why you were told to change that out. However, it's also possible that the carrier bearings in the differential (where the drive axles attach) have gone bad. That happened to me on my 300ZX several years ago, and I had to replace the diff bearings. I would have them checked out somewhere other than a dealer (you'll probably get a better price from an independent shop).
As a sidenote, to be sure it wasn't a wheel bearing, if you hear it quiet down in a turn one way but get louder in a turn the opposite way, it's likely the wheel bearing. If you turn left at speed and it gets louder, then it's the right bearing (since you're loading up that side of the car). If it gets quieter in a right turn, it's the right side (you're unloading that side of the car and not putting as much weight on it, so it doesn't drag as badly). See if you get that symptom just to be sure that the wrong side front wheel bearing wasn't changed.

I have a 2002 Olds van and it also makes a noise under the front driver wheel well. Mine was mostly when I hit potholes or large dips causing the shocks to compress. The problem is a metal to metal contact between a bushing lip and the suspension. On this side, the bushing is manufactured opposite of the passenger side. The lip is up and causes the two metal pieces to rub. I had to grind down the lip so it would be like the other side. All is better now. I'm not sure if this is where your noise is coming from since it gets louder with speed. I would assume yours is a bearing. Sorry.

It possible that the drive shaft need to be turn 1/2 turn and re installed, or the balance weight is missing from the drive shaft.

It may be your alignment but if it is wheel bearings jack up the front of the vehicle and try to rock or shake the wheels by hand if there is play or it does move it is your wheel bearings
