What causes my mitsubishi 3000gt wont start and my fuel injertors overflow theres a fire on the on the sparplug but it just wont start and i just changed my ignitioin ciol and still wont start i check the timing belt and and the timing is ok

Check timing it should be 5 b tdc 600 idle speed . this is for manual or automatic . check fuel pressure it should be 38 psi. when check timing idle speed should be at 600-800 rpms.your timing has to be checked using a scanner only. not adjustable with timing light.

There's many causes for this, of course. If you've eliminated the obvious one (no fuel in tank) then I suggest checking for blown fuses. Is the fuel pump fuse ok?

make sure they are all the way in the head and u have to get them around the gap that they need or they wont fire on time and the engine wont start cause the fire timing is off make sure the wires are all the way on to

My 91 mitsubishi gto wont start and strong smell of fuel

Start by making sure you have spark to the spark plugs. If not you may have a problem with the plug wires or coil. It's also possible you're not getting gas to the engine possibly from a faulty fuel pump.
If you change the fuel pump be sure to replace the fuel filter also.

check any inlet pipes for leaks, also have you had a new timing belt fitted? if so double check that the timing marks all line up,you could also part any visible(and not so visible ) electrical connectors,clean and give a good spraying with wd40
