You must call your dealer with the Vin Number of you car and they will give you the code for your radio

There is a little utility/tool that is on the internet (can be found with a bit of searching). You put your serial no. in and it gives you the correct code. I have tested on three of my own units and correct code each time, as per the issued radio passport. I will not say where on internet, as I agree with what "emissionwiz" stated about how do we know radio not result of illegal activities.
