goto walmart and get wynn's signature engine tuneup(8$) and put in your engine and run for 100 kms then have a oil change see the difference.

I had a similar problem on my 93 Accord after I accidentally threw the car in reverse at 50 mph, obviously wrecking the transmission. When I got it rebuilt I was told the transmission pump was to blame (clogged with "shrapnel"). I, and your car manual, recommend taking the car in to get the tranny looked at. Especially considering you just had the fluid changed which is what would normally cause the problems you are describing.

Take it up to a transmission shop. When the light flashes it indecates there is a problem with the transmission the longer you wait the more damage it causes.

Start first with the fuel filter since this is a cheap part that can be replaced easily. The symptoms that you are experiencing may be due to dirty fuel filter. If you encounter hard starting you may want to check the fuel pump if it still sending fuel consistently. Worse may be problems with the injectors.
