Make sure the old filter gasket is not stuck on the filter housing. sometimes the old filter gasket comes off the old filter and when you put on the new one it will leak.

Check for stains in the valve cover gasket on the side of the oil filter, and in the engine block right above the filter. There is not much that can leak on that side, other than filter itself, and you already checked it. You HAVE to take the car to dealer for warranty inpection, and repair.
