How do I remove the headrest in the third row seat of my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country? They are getting in the way of my child's carseat. Thanks.
Pull the headrest up toward the ceiling as far as you are able. There is a small plastic button on the side of one of the metal mounting rods (that go down into the seat). Depress and hold the button and pull up again. The headrest will come right out.

I had the same problem on my 07 and it turned out to be caused by the bulbs getting too hot and melting the surrounding plastic which opened the circuit powering them. I was able to fix the problem by removing the bulbs and cleaning the sockets allowing the bulbs to seat correctly. The lenses snap off to give you access to the bulbs. If you are not familiar with how interiors of cars come apart, I would not suggest doing it as you may crack the lens.

There are two bolts to remove, opposite sides. One is a normal bolt, the other one is hidden by wires. Remove the nut on the ground wire, remove the ground wire, use deep socket over this to remove the bolt. It's easier than you think, about an hour and a half total.

Memory selector is on driver's door, First set driver 1 seat and mirror positions, then press and release memory "s" button. then press and release memory selector "1" button. repeat for # 2 driver substituting memory selector 2 in step 2. hope this will help you

That doesn't work with our van. The headrests aren't adjustable up and down. I took it to a dealer and the only way they can be removed is if the whole seat is taken apart.
