The IPM (Integrated Power Module) shows cavity #11 is the 15amp light blue fuse which powers this outlet, I would check there 1st.
The module has a black cover that snaps off for inspection.

Horn & Cruise control doesn't work

The clock spring has gone bad. You will have to remove the steering wheel to gain access to the clock spring (used to be called the turn sig. switch) But if you are going to perform this repair make sure you dis-connect the battery before you began because you could set off the air bag in the steering wheel

Saab 9-5 1999 drivers side front and rear drivers side windows both do not work. I brought a new central switch for the car and it doesn't work either. Is their anything else I can do?

first check all fuses & then make sure you are geting 12v power to & thru the switchs & down to the window motors if knot you may have a broken wire where the door hinges. at the main wires were it comes thru the door

2005 Cadillac Escalade 12V outlet problems

Could be debris in the socket of each outlet. You would need to gain access to the back of the sockets to check for power and ground.
Keep in mind you may have a fuse for the outlets and another for the actual cig lighter.

2005 Honda Odyssey left front power outlet doesn't work.Right one works fine. How do I fix

using a test light check the fuses in the fuse panel then check for power and ground at the socket. if one is missing remove the socket and check for power and ground at the electrical connector. if you have both the socket is bad and needs replacing. if you missing one you will have to check that wire to find were the problem is and repair it.

2006 gmc envoy drivers door has no power to it , no dome light when you open door all other doors are ok

{: ) Try checking the DDM fuse 10 amps at the rear fuseblock. If you'll be able to access the connectors under the driver door switch, check for 12v power by probing on all the orange wires. Check also the black wires for good ground connections. If the windows can be operated on the driver's door switches, then the door lock actuator coud be faulty. But if most or all of the buttons on the driver door switches doesn't seem to function at all, despite 12v power and ground on the respective terminals, then it can be a malfunctioning driver door switch. A new driver door switch will also require programming.
If ever this is the case and you need to be sure, you can try swapping the driver door switch from another vehicle you know of with a similar configuration as your vehicle.

There is no power to the 12v power outlet (front) as well as the cigarrette lighter, and cruise control on our 2006 Kia Sedona. The fuses are good. Is there a connector behind the center console that may...

Check fuses inside AND under the hood..... "cig lighter" is 15 amp...... "power" is 25 amp under the hood. Also check your power socket in the console to see if coins have gotten in there. There was a penny in mine and I blew 3 fuses before I learned to check that from another forum. Plucked it out with some gum on the end of a stick!

12V outlet

Good Day,

There is no "easy" way to do that. However you can pull the factory wires from behind the outlet and re-wire it directly to the battery or constant hot source. If you do this be sure to add a 15 or 20 amp inline fuse to the circuit.

Hope this help.
