I have the same car and if you pull fuel pump relay out and put it back it will start right away. this relay is also an auxillary fan relay and is green in the trunk by the battery. It has a fuse in the top of it. I still havent replaced it. It will do it for a couple weeks then go away for a few months. It seems to do it after I load the trunk up with grocerys in the rain.ha haI have the same car and if you pull fuel pump relay out and put it back it will start right away. this relay is also an auxillary fan relay and is green in the trunk by the battery. Check behind the distributor cap and see if the cam cover seal is leaking. When that seal leaks the car will drive fine til engine heats up the oil and it starts fouling out the distributor cap and rotor. When it cools down the oil hardens again and car run fine. I would start by looking there.

If you have a carborator it is shot - If it is fuel injected than you have need to have your heads cleaned or replaced. If it doesn't turn over at all I would start with your starter. Your distributor can also cause this as well - I had to replace all of the above, minus the carborator and it fixed my problem - Was like a new car afterward.
