What markings are you refering to ? paint codes engine codeskook, ext.... if that is what you are refering to look into the owners manual in booklet 1.1 inside the cover page, there should be a 2 in x 3 in sticker there with all the codes. If you don't have owners manual or it wasn't filled out correctly there is a second copy of that sticker in the spare tire well. goodl luck

Hi. I am not sure of the exact workshop flat rate time, but the subframe needs to be lowered. I think 3 hrs is a fair time to do this repair. A wheel alignment would be needed as extra.

If you are talking about the belt for the ac compressor, yes the heater should still work.
If the blower is not working, you will need to have the blower motor checked for voltage and ground.
