Check your axle front CV boots for damage and throwing grease out.

You mean the front driver side fender ?
It could be grease coming out of the CV joint on the axle.

usually its in the rear qtr panel trim plate you will see it just looks like a push button with a red cap

their is a panel in the interior qtr panel and may have 2 screws inside at latch take the screws out and check inside of qtr and lightly hit the outside of lamp while trying to pull it out.
