1991 Mazda truck starts, then dies unless

1991 Mazda B2600i starts, and unless it is warmed up completely, will drive a short ways, then die. Have replaced water temp sensor, thermostat (was stuck open), cleaned throttle body. Replaced ECM computer, problem didn't go away, so the mechanic put the old one back in. Total problem has been going on for 6 months. Now this past week truck would start, run a bit and hot/cold gauge moves up to the bottom line from 'cold' and it won't run -- just dies. Used to be if I waited 8-10 minutes, it would start, finish warming up completely and then drive. Now, nothing. Could it be somehow moisture related and what to try next? Two mechanics have basically given up. They didn't know what to think about replacing next. help!

Not a solution but i am going through the exact same nightmare and same symptoms with my 1991 mazda b2200. I've apwnt over two grand to have my rebuilt TWICE and my alternator replaced and still does the same thing just starts only to die 2 seconds or so later unless i let it warm up to its max but will still die when taking turns and stopping at lights.

I have an Ignition Issue with a 1991 Mazda B2600i 4x4?

That sounds like either a fuel issue; too rich, or an air leak in the manifold.
If it were an ignition issue, it woukd cut out, not run rough.
