There is a wrench icon near the dashboard. Push it when the car is stationary (it won't work when the car is moving) and you will see the other functions.

SOURCE: Audi A4 instrument cluster does not work

Your dash has what is known in the trade as a dry solder joint in the instrument cluster it will have to be repaired by people whom specialise in this work.
You could try BBA remanufacture as they do a lot of this type of work for us.

SOURCE: audi a3 r reg remove inner door panel drivers side

On the inside trim, you can remove screws (these screws may be covered by filler pieces or may be visible, or they may require you pry a plastic piece off that covers the screws) that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls.

SOURCE: my cluster says 1n2 96 audi a4 2.8

This is not 1n2 , this is IN2 - INSPECTION 2 .
Depens on the mileage it reminds you about scheduled service.
Just a service reminder which comes up at every 15K or 30K miles.
Can be reset with proper scaner.
Don't know if it can be done manually.

Audi a3 , 2009 ever since it had a complete interior detail it has played up with lights on dash coming on and off , even with key out of igntion

If you have changed the instrument cluster to a different one then the ecu will detect it and throw the flashing lights.you need to reset the ecu via obd scan and correct Audi software...or take it to a dealer to reset. Before you do this it is assumed you checked ALL the connections are inserted correctly into back of cluster.

What is the problem with my mobiliser, it doesn't function at all, I tried to change the battery , but no results

If a new battery did not solve the fault you have to take it back to Audi for repairs.

Central locking and windows unusable due to leak

I've been dealing with similar problems (windows and sunroof dead, power locks iffy, dome light doesn't work, random chiming) and best I can figure is:

a) get rid of the leak and any standing water
b) depending on the year of your car check the relays and/or central locking module

I spent a lot of time checking the ECU and door interior parts and those were both dead ends. I also thought the standing water on the floor might be shorting actual wiring, but now I've eliminated that as well. Although my alarm hasn't been going off, the "door chime" has and the instrument cluster sometimes shows 3 or 4 doors open while driving. VAG-COM showed some alarm trip type faults as well. Central locking is my next move when I've got some time.
