How do you remove the back seat on a 1996 buick park avenue

for bottom seat you have to push on the lower part of seat about 4-6 inches from corner of seat.

try holding up on seat from bottom and use palm of hand to hit it until it comes up.

for top back of seat you have to take out bolts at bottom.

you will see them when you take out the bottom seat.

after you get bolts out you need to push up on the seat to get off the hangers in back.

don't forget to vote for me.

thanks

Repair seat belt latch - stuck- 1998 buick park-

Seat belts are usually not repairable. The only thing that can be done is to check and make sure nothing is stuck in it or that it is not twisted. You have the kind that is in the seat back itself. These are a little more difficult to remove from the seat because it is so easy to break the plastic trim covers.Best thing to do if not familiar with auto repair to go to the dealer or auto repair shop that you trust and have them repair it.Good luck.

Can't get drive belt off a 1996 buick park avenue

My sincere apologies for the delayed response.
I am personally going back to answer your unanswered questions.
I have only been a free contributor to this site for the past 4-months.

I do not know if you still need this information, but I am going ahead and answering it anyway.

CLICK
on the following LINK. It has the Belt Diagrams you will need.

Standard Rules for Removal of the Serpentine Belt:
1. Find the Tensioner(s). (See Diagrams on Link)
2. Rotate/Move the Tensioner Pulley/Arm away from contact with the belt and towards the area where the belt is not in contact with the Tensioner Pulley. The Tensioner is spring loaded, and is hard to rotate/move.

3. Remove the loosened belt off one of the other more easily accessed Pulleys.

Let me know if this helped.
