Serpentine belt coming off on a 99 plymout grand voyager

Verify that you have a good/correct belt then check your belt routing and alignment. Then check pulleys for faulty bearings. A free spin with the belt removed should be enough. Whats really common on those is the belt tensioner goes out

How do you replace 97- plymouth voyager belt tensioner

For the 1997 3.0 liter Grand Voyager:

Remove A/C belt. Release tension on serpentine belt by moving the tensioner, then remove the belt. Be sure to note how the belt is routed.

From way back underneath the car look up along the exhaust pipe leading to the rear manifold, you can just see the bolt on the back of the tensioner to the right of the rightmost spark plug boot (looking forward from under the engine). Route a socket (15 mm I think) on a short extension up along the exhaust pipe and shield (make sure it's cold!), you can just get it onto the bolt. Then snake a socket up and connect to the extension, no universal joints needed. There's just enough room to get enough leverage on the bolt to remove it. From then on it's simple.

I replaced my tensioner a few hours ago as above.

I need to have the picture show where is the tensioner pully.

What engine?

On the 3.3 / 3.8 liter engine the tensioner is the one between the alternator and the power steering pump. The 3.0 will have a tensisoner for the serpentine belt in the same location and will also have one for the A/C v-belt.

My Serpentine belt is squealing above idle

first thing you need to do is get a new belt that belt dressing just destroyed that belt that stuff is no good then get a new belt tensioner clean all the pullys with some brake clean then install the belt tensioner and belt if its still sqealing there maybe a pully making the noise to check that when you have the belt off spin them by hand and listen to them and feel for any play in the bearings
