First be sure the window lock in the drivers side master switch is not LOCKED. This will prevent the windows from being rolled down by any other switch. (p106+)

Usually windows operate off a RELAY - not a fuse... and all the windows work off the same power relay.

Your Relay Part Number is 41-5021.
Here is the electrical schematic for your windows - showing the relay is common to all windows.

Pass.side power window won't work. - 6713bdf.gif
CLICK HERE for a better pic.

If the relay is replaced - and/or tested good, You will need to remove the offending door's panel and verify the motor is getting 12VDC when you press the button for it to go down.

If there is 12VDC when you push the button, the motor is bad.

If there is NOT 12VDC when you push the button - the master switch or child lock bypass switch is faulty.

Click HERE for a PDF version of your owners manual

Under the ROADSIDE EMERGENCIES section (p.245) you will find a layout diagram of your fusebox.

P.248 instructs to pull DOWN on the fusepanel door to access... however your power window relay is located under the driver's side dash.

If the other windows work - there are 3 options to test/replace - in this order
1. Relay
2. Master Switch
3. Window motor.

Olds aurora 1999 all four power windows quit working at one time. power sunroof still works.

Then you have two possibilities. First, most likely. Wires have broken. Open the drivers door and at the front you will see a rubber boot from the frame to the door. This is where the wires like to break. Second would be the master switch failed. I have replaced one or two(in 30 years) that the switch completely died. Usually just one or two windows quit working.

Power lock and power windows dont work can`t find fuse

Number 21 is for the door lock fuse and relay, its a 10 amp fuse.
Number 7 is for the body control module, its a 10 amp fuse.

The fuse panel is under back seat.If all fuses checked out ok,then its faulty drivers door module called as DDM.

2002 power window dodge caravan pass side window wont go up or down. works w/ the main dr side control. where would the fuse be for this component? any other thoughts to fix this cheaply

The only problem with this vehicle is that it needs a new window switch on the passenger side door.If the main switch on the drivers door works and the one on the door that the window won't go up on won't work it replace the switch on that door they all work on the same fuse.

Windows not working

If the windows don't work, any of several issues is likely to blame, including no electricity, bad switches, bad motor, damaged window regulator, or even a broken wire.
Automotive power windows use a switched motor to operate a mechanical window regulator. This regulator moves the pane of glass into the door.
To check and confirm the fault try this procedure:--
1) Open the fuse panel and check the fuses for disrupted elements. The fuse panel at the driver's side kick panel, or between the dashboard and the door. In some cars the fuses are mounted in the engine compartment, in front of the driver's side firewall. Check the fuses and replace if faulty.
2)
Test the wiring harnesses from the fuse panel to the switches and from the switches to the window regulator motor. If the circuits test fine, then proceed to the next step. If a wiring harness is shorted or damaged, it will need to be replaced.3) Remove and test the switches on the driver's side door panel. Pry them up with a screwdriver and pull them free of the panel's opening. Disconnect the switch assembly from the wiring harness by pulling the adapter plug from the assembly. Test the switches individually by touching both sides of one switch with the circuit tester. Each switch will have two terminals, and if the tester is positive on both terminals while the window is activated, then the switch is good. Replace the switch assembly if any of the switches fails the test. Most power window switches come in assembled modules and cannot be replaced individually.4) Remove and test (if possible) the power window motor. Turn the armrest bolts and interior door handle screws counterclockwise, then pull the door panel free from the pop rivets. Behind the panel are a window regulator, the window glass, and the electric driver motor. The motor is usually located in the lower right section of the door. Unplug the motor from the wiring harness and unbolt it from the window regulator by turning the bolts counterclockwise. Pull the motor straight out, away from the gears. And check out if motor is receiving exact 12 volts at the terminals. If not then either motor is faulty or there is a confirm short if motor is replaced.
5) If all the above mentioned possibilities are checked out ok then the window regulator needs to be checked. Inspect the window regulator's joints for rust or stiff movement, if the electrical system is operating correctly. These joints can corrode or break, causing the window to stop working. With the door panel off, the window regulator can be removed and replaced by sliding the glass away from the track mounts, then turning all mount bolts counterclockwise and manipulating the regulator out of the door.

2002 trailblazer driver side window wont go up

check to see if the switch is getting power. this can be done with a simple 12V light tester. If not, check fuses. There are fuse locators on the cover for each of the fuse panels. There is one under the hood, and one under the passenger rear seat. But since only one window is not working, Start at the master switch at the drivers door. This can be removed by carefully prying up by pushing in from each end of the cover. If power is getting to the switch, Then activate the switch up, and check to see if the switch is sending voltage to the drivers window motor. If not, replace switch. If power is coming out of the switch, check to see if it is reaching the Motor. Do this by removing the door panel by removing the bolt cover inside the handle and removing the 10mm bolt. Then remove the other 10 mm bolt angled towards the rear edge of the handle. Then pry out at the edges of the bottem. There are white fasteners that are pressure only clips. lift out at the bottem and raise up to remove. You will see a plastic layer between the door panel and the door itself. Carefully remove this from one edge to the other. You will need to replace this so don't damage it too much. This will give you access to the window motor. Check to see if the power is getting to the motor. If no trace wire back to switch looking for breaks or disconnects. Also check to see if the ground is getting good connection. If power is getting to motor, remove lever that attaches motor to window slide. Activate up switch to see if motor moves without being attached to window. If yes, Move window manually to see what is binding. If not, motor up actuator is not making contact. Clean connectors, if that doesn't work replace motor. reverse door panel removal procedures to install. Hope this helps. I bought a Haynes repair manual from Autozone $20. It has everything you will need for the DIYer. If you need more guidance than the book offers. I found a site called trailvoy.com. These guys help with anything for free.
