if the car is built like monte carlo for 2000 there are 2 fuse panels inside. one on the driver side when you open door and theres one the passenger side when you open the door there are panels on both sides of the dash that pull off. and then of course there are the fuse blocks under the hood. by the battery.

instrument panel don't lite up. Where is fuse?

SOURCE: cigarette lighter/acc outlet for 2003 chevy malibu not working. Figure it's a fuse - where is this fuse located in the fuse box? I know where the boxes are just can not find that particular fuse.

It may be doubled up with either the radio fuse or the interior lights. If you have replaced the stock radio with a CD player, then the CD player has its own fuse separate of the fuse box. I would start there...

they have a fuse box under the hood and under the rear drivers side seat
