The diagram on the back of the panel on the passenger's side of the 02 Rendezvous is general, at best. I need to know which fuses go to what. Where is the detailed diagram? It's not in the owner's manual.

If that fuse is okay. try giving the wiper motor a jolt by whacking it end on with a broom handle. Can you hear the wiper motor running? Check the linkages.
I run into the snag, there are about 7 fuses that look fine but I get nothing on the test light, neither side. These fuses are my high and low beams for passenger and driver, ARL, rear defog and heated side mirrors.
Your best bet have a qualified technician check it out .
All of these functions are working just fine even though the fuse panel says different. Any ideas, anyone?
Your looking at something wrong , fuse's without power ,the componet won't work . The headlamps fuse's get battery voltage from low beam relay an high beam relay which are controlled by the BCM - body control module . PWR WDO - 30amp circuit breaker , DRV -MDL 10amp fuse - both are located in the rear fuse box .

Under the left side of the rear passenger compartment seat
It's on the passenger side behind the panel on the console. You will need the manual or a diagram to pin point it. Sorry I don't have one. But I do know it is on the lower right side of the panel.
Same this happened to me on my 2004 Rendezvous. The fuse popped out. Just push it back in. The fuses are located on the left side panel of the front passenger seat. If they are not marked there is a map in the owner's manual.
