The computer more than likely needs to be reset. No promises but look in your owners Manuel and it should tell you how to reset your cars computer

the check engine light comes on to alert you that there is a problem with an engine sensor, a system that the computer monitors, or a part/system that the computer controls. There are literally hundreds of possibilities as to what could be wrong.

The best thing to do is have the computer scanned. There are a couple of options to do this.

1. A basic code reader can be purchased for about $50. This will allow you to pull OBDII specific codes.

2. Most parts store will pull trouble codes, sometimes for free.

3. You can bring your vehicle into a shop to have them run a diagnosis. There is usually a charge for this service.

well the first thing you need to do is to pull the stored codes in the computer and see what they say and then go from there, this could be a speed sensor or a trany going bad , i dont know if this is an automatic or standard trany, start with the codes from the check engine light, autozone car parts store will scan the computer at no charge,

hi from uk answer is yes the mirror glass can be bought on its own at least here in the uk HALFORDS do a selection of these for various models also a mirror glass that simply sticks to the cracked glass full surface by a backing of double sided glued cushion pad so assume your location will have these at motor supermart ? if not then you can do as i have done in past ? make a card template of mirror then cut or have cut ? your own mirror then double sided tape will do the same job?
