2001 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8L motor. I am having starting problems. The engine will turn but will not start. After setting for more than 30mins it has problems . I turn the key off and on a couple of times then I can get it to start, after I get it to start I can turn it off and on no problem.
Testing the fuel pump electrical circuit should be done , voltage drop testing . Plus fuel pump pressure an flow testing , scan engine data parameters .

put a fuel gauge on the system and see if the fuel pressure bleeds down

after looking at wiring and mounting and pipe fittings and gear ratios the trans is compatible with no major modifications you will need to transfer mounting brackets

did this issue get resolved? I have the same vehicle and the same problem. randomly won't start. I have replaced the fuel pump 3 times and each time I pick it up from the shop it works great until it doesn't again.
