Your vehicle needs two things to start, gas and a spark. To check to see if its getting gas just turn the key to the on postion(not start), next go to the gas door open it and take the cap off, put ur ear to the  hole and listen by a humming noise, if u hear it ur fuel pump is working properly. Next check to see if all your spark plug caps are on and they connect firmly to your distributor cap. If they all are then most likely you arent getting a spark in your plug and you need to replace the plugs or check for shortages in wiring.

Check to see if there is fuel coming to the fuel rail, check for volume and pressure. Electronic fuel pumps usualy go out without warning. Next check for ignition spark. If memory serves me right the distributor is an integral part with coil. Check for signal in and out.

I drove my car to work this morning and then to my house about a mile for lunch after lunch my car wouldn't start and i hear one tick noise near the power distributor... my battery is fine and eve

Starter solenoid or just a starter bad, sometimes this comes out of nowhere but usually you can hear it start cranking slow shortly before failure.

Won't Start, just clicking

take the battery to get a load test done first, autozone does this for free where I live.  Sometimes a battery will still have 12 volts, but not enough amperage to start a car, the starter is the most demanding unit on the battery.  If it is not your battery, it is one of 2 things: a seized engine, or a bad starter.  I would say on a '94, as long as it hasn't been driven excessively hard, its not the engine.  you can take the starter out and have it tested as well.  Best of luck!
