Recently brought this car and it came without a cigarette lighter. We found one and put it in, but no power. I also cannot use it for cell phone car charger. Is there a fuse and is this covered by warranty if I bring to dealer? Thanks. Dot from New York
No, it won't be covered by warranty if you installed something yourself. Check your owner manual for where the fuse shud be, its probably blown or missing

I love my 2009 Hyundai Sonata but the cell phone car charger and verious GPS chargers do not have good connections. Is there a defect in the two chargers installed in the 2009 Sonata? Has anyone else had problems with plug in divices not charging porperly?
