No ingnition fire on cylinders 2 and 4 2004 dodge stratus 2.4 L engine

Easy! The DIS module has failed...!

The Stratus 2.4L engine uses what is called "a wasted spark" ignition system, that feeds two cylinders with the same ignition coil. Havind a pair of Cylinders dead means one of the coils or the module is inoperative. Amclaussen.

No fire at all

Not sure I am following you.
The pickup coil in the distributor sends a signal to the ignition module which grounds the coil to cause it to spark.
Have you checked for the signal from the pickup coil, and is the coil getting voltage from the EEC relay ?

  1. Probe the ignition coil module connector terminal with a voltmeter to ground.
  2. With the voltmeter on the AC scale, crank the engine.
  3. Monitor the voltage reading.

I have a 1990 geo prizm i parked it and the next day wouldn't start there is no fire to the spark plugs replaced coil it still won't start. Does anyone know anything about the ingnition module> would...

yes your ignition module can cause that but before you buy a new one you can take it to your local auto part store and get it test out of the car
there is a machine than can do that

but also a crankshaft position sensor or camshaft sensor can cause the same symptom.
