More information is needed in order to be able to be of any assistance. Year/make/model/engine size etc. Different manufacturers have different code definitions, and if this is a manufacturer specific code that will make a difference as well

Does the AC compressor engage a ALL? Ws the compressor cycling switch replaced? Jumper the switch and see what happens.

yes there is ..an O2 sensor is near the catalytic. have the codes read at an auto parts store for free! This will determine what is wrong.

the threaded hole in the pipe forward of the catalytic converter could well be for the O2 sensor. in 92 there was just one of them.
