Hello,
To troubleshoot the system is difficult without reading the failure "codes" Both systems are very complex and include some non-serviceable "black boxes" . Unless you're an experienced technician, this is probably a dealer or independent Volvo specialist job to read and recommend the needed repairs.
The great temptation is to leave the lights on and continue driving but this could be dangerous. According to my Volvo dealer, the SRS (Suplimental Restraint System or airbags) fault could result in the bags going off at random. The ABS (antilock braking system) light could be anything from the antilock electronics being bad to having a failed master cylinder.
Neither of these systems are easily "shadetree mechanic" serviceable and a wiring diagram by itself probably won't get you too far. Best to have a Volvo technician at least diagnose the problem. You can then fix, patch or ignore from there.
Another advisory just in case: Complex systems like these may have multiple problems. When the tech. reads the fault code, it's the first one in sequence. You may fix the first problem, only to have another pop up, just like peeling the layers of an onion. A good, experienced technician should have an idea of these possible secondary faults, so ask him/her!
Note: I'm not a Volvo employee and base this advice on my experience with these systems on a Volvo similar to yours. I do recommend a Volvo or Independent Volvo technician because the cars are complex. Someone who works on Volvo's everyday is more likely to know their idiosyncracies than, with all due respect, a mechanic at your local PEP Boys who must work on everything. Going with a specialist may be higher initially but you'll save in the long run by avoiding expensive guesswork, not to mention time and frustration.
Good luck,

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
