I recently bought a 97 dodger avenger. i bought the car from a friend that took it back from their daughter's ex-boyfriend and he had blown a fuse and he started replacing all the fuses and he was just putting fuses anywhere. I founf a 20 in a 15 fuse slot. the fuse box cover is gone so i need a diagram on what fuses go where. thanks for your help.

Which fuse cover do you need? there is one under the dash and one under the hood. that is what i need also,, i have a 98 dodge avenger and the cover is missing on the fuse box on the inside.. I was hooking up a stereo and fried something.. I hope it was a fuse,, there is a fuse under the hood that says radio but it was not blown so i hope there is something in the fuse box under the dash that blew,, or i have a major problem now... We have a 1997 avenger 4 cylinder with standard transmission, the spot for the radiator relays (HI) fan in the fuse box that is under the hood appear to be "dummy spots". There isn't any metal clips to hold a relay securely in place...does that seem normal? Our fans don't seem to be getting any power and the car, when idling, overheats and spurts antifreeze. When it's being driven, it cools down...someone please advise us on what the problem may be!
