Theres actually two fuse blocks for this vehicle.
One is under the dash on the drivers side and the main block is under the hood.
The fuses under the hood will be marked on the lid inside.
The fuse for the radio is in the Interior Fuse panel. It is either located to the left of the steering wheel under the dash or possibly in a covered area of the dash on the drivers side or under a panel on the console under the dash. Check the side of the dash on the drivers side covered by the door when it is closed. Open the drivers door and look at that area for a cover you can remove to access a fuse panel.
It may be a fuse, start by checking all your fuses, sometimes the main power comes from the same fuse as the cig light or the power outlet, check the fuses inside the car and also the fuse box under the hood,
The main fuse panel is inside the engine compartment. The second fuse box is located under the drivers side of the dashboard. Remove the fuse box cover (if equipped) by pushing in at both ends and pulling off the cover.
in fords there two fuse boxes one inside the vehicle and another underneath the hood, the three components r all on the same circuit which is protected by a maxi fuse a fuse that is 40amps or better,. there is a main fuse that protects the circuit itself outside of the fuse for each different accessory. check all the fuses in the vehicle with a fuse tester or a test light.especially the fuse box under the hood close to the battery
