Generator field not switching properly.P0622
Internal powertrain control module fault condition detected (failed memory check ) p0601.
Sounds like its time to replace ecu pcm. But try resetting it first. Remove negative battery cable and turn key all the ay for 1 min. Then pull positive off and touch the negative cable with positive cable and hold for 5 seconds. Make sure they are not touch battery terminals at all. Good luck

SOURCE: need to know what p0622 and p2503 diagnostic codes

Sounds more like an alternator problem. Check output voltage of alternator, code P2503 indicates low voltage. Check/clean all connections at battery and alternator, as well as check all fuses/relays under hood in fuse relay box, just in case fuse blown as well. If all checks out good, you may need a new alternator.

2001 Dodge Intrepid- What does P0622= Generator F-term. Field F control, and P0403= EGR flow circuit malfuntion mean? Thank you

If you've replaced those parts according to the codes, you need to have the codes cleared from the computer, otherwise the car will think you still have the bad parts on, and stay in what they call Limp Mode! Sometimes you can take it to an Autozone, and they can clear it for you! Otherwise you need to have a shop clear those computer codes for you!

P0601, and p0622

P0622 is "Generator field 'F' control circuit malfunction"- your alternator has a circuit malfunction in the voltage regulator function. You need to have the charging system checked. It may be a wiring problem in the circuit to the alternator. A shop needs to test it out.
P0601 is "Internal control module memory check sum error"- I have no idea what that means, but is probably set because the charging system has a malfunction, and the result may be memory loss in the control module when the alternator acts up. Have the 0622 fixed, erase the codes, and see if the 0601 returns. That is what I would do, anyway.

Hi my name is Allen!

When the check engine light is on this means there is a problem somewhere in the powertrain control system, which could be almost anything.

Here is what I need you to do, drive your vehicle to AutoZone or another auto parts store near you and have them pull the codes for you. Then get back to me and let me know what those codes are, and what the scanner say the code means.

We will move further with repair procedure after I know what the code or codes are.
