Bought a 97 civic. the kid did a auto to manual swap on it (if that helps). I noticed that the reverse lights dont go on when I i put the car in reverse. Bulbs and fuse seem ok. anyone know a solution? someone told me it might be a wiring issue but I'm stupid when it comes to mechanics how can I tell?
It is very difficult to match wiring harness from auto tranny to manual tanny they are different connectors and reverse lights on auto tranny was connected to the nuetral safety switch about 6 to 8 different wires on manual tranny there is a switch located on the top of the tranny and backup lights are connected only with 1 wire you may need to get some help from auto electrition this should not cost alot of money to fix thanks

I have a '93 Honda Civic 3dr hatchback EG6. I notice few day's back that my backup light are not working. Motormounts have been replaced before this. Can someone tells me where is the backup swith located?
