Question about 2001 Saab 9-3
2001 9-5 saab 3.0 liter se wagon. Niether the keyy remote fob, or the inside central activator will operate the locks. Locks must be operated manually. New battery in the key fob made no difference. Fuse diagram states that the fuse for this system also operates the electric passenger seat, which is functioning properly.
Most likely you have a bad TWICE unit. it is located under the driver's seat, at a low point in the floor and often gets wet.

More than likely it is a control unit problem wich you need a Tech2 Diagnostic tool to troubleshoot
