Problem with CD player

I have a 2002 Hyundai Elantra
When you put a CD in the CD player you could hear a spinning noise and it ejects the CD, it show ERR 6 message on the player. Message ERR6 on the manual is error with the CD even if its a new CD it still ejects it.
I try blowing compressed air to clean the inside but that didn't work.
Please help.

    the cd player gives me an error 6 message, but the radio works fine. I've tried multiple cds, but get the same message

Car radio cd player error 43
The motor that spins the disk no longer works, disassemble the cd player and replace your cd motor with a new one. Radio shack has them, but I suggest replacing your player with an aftermarket unit like sony, kenwood, audiovox, or any other high quality cd players.

Sometimes the boot or the rubber at the base of the steering column will make that type of noise. To help eliminate it, rule it out or identify it spray some silicone spray on both sides of the boot/rubber inside and outside.

disconnect the 2 audio fuses and wiat 5 minutes with the ignition key off, insert both fuses, then turn the key on. if it doesnt eject, it probably has an internal defect and will need to be repaired.

No this is normal. This whine you hear is the fuel pump turning to pump fuel. Try not to run it under a 1/4 of tank to much though because if you do and you run out of fuelit can burn the fuel pump out. Chris J.C. Towing

I have a 2002 Hyundai Elantra, I changed the battery , now I need the reset code for the CD player HM 5064. I cannot find my manual. Can anybody help?
Normally the Audio (Radio CODE) is noted in the owner's manual. If you don't have it, you must contact Hyundai Motor America and give them the Vehicle VIN number... they may then (possibly) be able to give you the CODE.

Out of Warranty pal. You can attempt to fix it yourself, but, if you don't have an electronics backgound, I don't expect you to succeed. Best replace it.
