Pop off a spark plug wire, insert a screwdriver into the wire (hold onto the handle), hold a 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch away from engine and crank the engine. There should be a spark. If no spark you have a problem with either the ignition system or the ignition system control circuits. Generally if the computer dosen't see a crank signal you will not get a spark (if it doen't see a cam signal you won't get fuel). If no spark from wire try it on each wire. If not a single wire has spark, rent a scan tool from autozone or napa and see if there are any stored codes, also see if any codes come up while cranking. If you can't rent one you can buy a cheap one for under 30-40 dollars. If no codes and no spark the only thing you will have left to try is replacing the coil pack/s. If after replacing the coil packs you still don't have spark you will have to take it into a shop to have it checked out. The reason you would need to take it into a shop is because they will need to plug in a very expensive scan tool(1000-5000 dollars) that will show them all the sensor inputs. Hope this gets you up and running.

It's probably the mass airflow sensor and/or oxygen sensors.

What you need to do is check you fuel pressure. Go to a local auto parts store and buy a fuel injection pressure tester. The pressure fitting is on the top of the motor its a 3/8 ish sized metal line and has a screw on fitting like a tire valve does. This line comes up from the back of the motor to the right of the distributor and goes down into the intake. Make sure to have a rag handy to catch the fuel seepage. After you connect the pressure tester turn the key on and off three times and read the gage you should have atleast 58 pounds of pressure. If you have 56 pounds it won't run because the fuel injectors are a poppit valve style and need atleast 58 pounds of pressure to operate.
