Customer complaints not done according to my satisfaction in a saloon

Ford just came out (in April 2014) with an extended warranty for headlights that don't work on the 1999-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis. It is a 15 year/250,000 mile warranty and it is called Customer Satisfaction # 14N01. Ford will replace the LCM (Lighting Control Module) for free. Call your Ford dealer to get an appointment (this is only if your headlights don't work) and have your vin # ready. It is called the "Ford Customer Satisfaction Program # 14N01". Or call your local ford Dealer. If they act like they don't know what you are talking about ask to talk to the manager or tell them to call Ford. We just had ours done on August 12, 2014 in AZ.

its 7? according to my alldata book but this on idle as the engine speeds up it will auto advance

the headlight switch is most likely going bad, do you hear a clicking noise in headlight switch when they cut off by their self? if it was a fuse the parking lights would go out also. hope this helps!!

really need to drive it and then put it on a four poster ramp to inspect it ,ask a local mechanic to look for you

2 things.

1 bad connections on the motor itself under the skuttle panel below the window screen.

2 the stalk from the steering wheel is broken, they have small metal parts inside they sometimes come lose and stop working, just replace it.

I would demand the system be replace, The system goes for over 1500.00 dollars and No one outside of ford can fix it because there is no parts available. I would call ford customer service hot line to file a complaint against the dealer. You are not getting the customer satisfaction you deserve.
The dealer is going to keep putting it off and when the warranty runs out then they will magically know what to replace.
Stay active on Ford to replace the unit.

Do you mean the automatic door lock won't lock or unlock? If so, you need an actuator replacement.

ask to have a record for recalls on your car recalls are repairs
than dealer have to get done to cars free of charge

the way the recalls are set by goverment agencies is by complaints from customers to the higway safety administration
or also to the customer afair i thing so
when they receive too many complaints with same problems then they will force the dealer to fix many cars free of charge,
