Cadillac has a cruise control system that becomes disabled when there is a fault in either the suspension, abs, traction control, or engine management system. The car needs to be scanned to find the cause

On my 05 Wrangler Unlt'd Ruby - The vacuum hose on the drivers side of engine had come off, which disengaged my Cruise and the actuator which determines whether my heater points to the vent, Defrost or feet. Put it back on and secure with a cable tie.
If it is like mine, you will then have idling problems, especially when coming to a stop. You will need to clean the throttle body because the engine has picked up **** through the open port while it was off. Directions for that exist on this site elsewhere.
All of these are easy - i hadn't worked on a car in >25 years and it took me 30 min.

There is a saftey swich on the drivers window control switches..
If this is on lock - only the drivers window will work..

2005 STS4 In the center console there are audio video jacks. Go to radio shack and grab a cable with audio/video one side headphone the other. Plug into your iPod and put the touchscreen setting on AUX. It's on the screen getting to bluetooth

if the fuses are still good chances are the vacume operated unit for the cruz control is bad.
