There is None to my knowledge.. Ive done thousands of them.. Its way too hard to explain.. I did my first one by the seat of my pants.. only advice I can give is : Dont mix up the pushrods!! If ya do,, it'll warp valves bc the intake and exaust push rods are different lengths

Where is the intake gasket located on a 1999 lumina and how do you change it

there are 2 intake gaskets, on on each head where the intake sits, if you are unsure about the job i would get help, there is no room for error.
when you get new gaskets get the metal ones, the plastic ones don't last.

I know my intake gaskets are leaking on my 97 lumina 3.1 , but I'am not sure the head gaskets are bad, could coolant get in the cylinders from this? I was going to pressure test the cooling system over...

BETTER OFF DOING HEADGASKETS IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO INTAKE GASKETS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE 3/4 OF THE WAY TO HEAD GASKETS. INTAKE GASKETS ARE COMMON, AND SO ARE HEADGASKETS.

Oil in radiator coolant

First thing that pops into my head is a leaking intake gasket. Second is bad head gasket. Third is cracked head or engine block.

What would it cost to replace gasket on a 1998 Lumina V6 3.8

sounds like you have blown head gasket, or cracked head, did the motor run hot, if so, you can try head gasket, maybe you will get lucky, also i would replace intake gaskets, parts should be anywhere from 50.00 to 200.00 dollars, depends were you get them, need to clean out cyclinder with antifreeze in it, and check other ones too, pull plugs out get somebody to turn motor over watch for antifreeze coming out of spark plug holes, maybe you can put head gasket on and keep on riding...

Water found in oil pan

Most likely cause is the intake gasket leaking. The 3.1(4) and 3.8s are bad about it. Possibly a head/head gasket, but not as likely.
