We were told to take the speedometer out and turn the needle all the way over. It worked great for a week. Then we used the turn signal and the same thing happened. The speedometer needle drops down and the tach and speedometer quit working and when we use the turn signal the dash lights all come on and the lighted dash goes out . The car runs alright and the headlights & tail lights work fine.

a scanner that gets into the instrument cluster computer can reset the needles. or take the dash apart and manually turn dash cluster upsidedown, then the needles will move so rotate untill the needles are reset.

Right headlight sounds blown to me. Other problem needs to be looked at.
SOURCE: The turn signals don't work most of the time,
check your accessory relay. Hopefully it isn't your power module. $1000 fix at chrysler. :(

Look for a bad ground...if you have a shop manual or sometimes the dealership will print you off that page, look for the major ground going to those devices.
