its part of the security system. It should flash when the ignition is off. It should stop flashing when the car is started

this radio panel is lighted from the rear by a tiny light bulb, to replace it u must remvove the radio and then take the top off the radio, under the top cover u will find a bulb socket, it twists out, the bulb is about $2 at almost any car parts store. U will need a set of special tools to release the spring clips that hold the radio into the dash.

The light blue led is some aftermarket thing that someone put on. maybe an alarm or remote start. What is the funny sound? a squeak. Does the Air system work or does it ride low in the rear?
