Most likely problem is the fuse which controls the horn. Look in your owner manual for the page that has the fuse chart. Then go to that fuse panel and replace the blown fuse with a new one of the same amperage

SOURCE: 1995 deville when remotes are used NO horn chirp or light flash

When the car was built they did not have the chirpping option. I had owned a 95 & a 96 both purchased new and that chip you will not here from a factory unit. Maybe aftermarket has that option if you know someone with the chipping noise in their Caddy. I also worked at a Caddy dealership for 7 years and never heard one chirp in any 90's model

SOURCE: what coolant go in 1995 cadillac deville

I would use any Dex Cool approved coolant, but if you're on a budget, I would use any antifreeze that says that it can mix with any color antifreeze. The warranties are the same on both types generally 5 years or so.

The antifreeze sold at Walmart for car radiators is good (but don't use the pink antifreeze used for RVs for winterizing plumbing)

Use a 50/50 solution of water to antifreeze by volume when topping off yor radiator through the overflow tank.

Where is the horn on a 1994 Cadillac DeVille?

They are mounted behind the grille or on each side of the engine compartment inner fenders.

I have a 2000 Cadillac deville, I thought the battery was dead so I jumped it, but know the horn wont cut off is it the battery something else

You could have a couple of problems. The antitheft system could be making the horn sound. Especially if the horn is not steady, but an off/on cycle.

Years ago, and we are talking about a 1967 model, GM put the horn relay inside the starter relay. If they still do that on some models today, I can not say, but you may try to trace the wires from the horns back to the power source.

You can unplug the horns, but it is dangerous and illegal in some states to drive that way.

Anyway, right now you do not know if the antitheft is making this happen or if the Horn relay is stuck .Check with an autoparts store for your horn relay and see what it looks like. You may want to change it.

Horn doesn't work

The most common cause of a horn not working in a car from the 1990s existing past 2010 is the horn itself not making internal contact with the horn 'motor' which makes the high and low tones one usually hears on a GM product.

I actually had this problem on a '97 Cadillac Deville Limo I bought which was not used much.

It happens to other brands, too, due to disuse.

Also, the button on the steering wheel may not be grounding the horn out to make the sound.

good luck on this one.

Horn wont blow

the problem is the rotating contact that connects the horn to the steering column wiring harness, this part is called the clock-spring contact, u must remove the steering wheel to change the part out.
