2004 accord front end shack under exceleration

Front end / wheel vibration under acceleration, becomes worse at 50-65 + MPH stops when off the gas / coasting or going down hill. New upper ball joints and wheel alignment. Is it motor mounts or something else? CV boots on drive shafts are intact and not leaking 175,000 mile auto trans 4 cylinder motor.

Try getting motor mounts checked or struts or wheel bearings , start with mounts.

SOURCE: cv joint boot missing and vibration at highway speeds

Replacing the boot is not even an option at this point. Get yourself a chiltons or haynes manual for instructions and I recommend replacing the entire axle (prices are very reasonable as rebuilt or from a scrapyard). I recommend buying the manual first and reading it over, then deciding if the job is too difficult and if you need to have it done at a shop. The manual will help you in many situations so buying one will save you $ in the long run, even if you have this job done elsewhere!!!

Front end wheel vibration between 20 - 30 MPH

May be a rim, a worn ball joint or tie rod end. Could also be a worn inner CV joint binding.

Serious vibration when accelerating or holding speed; smooth when coasting

Hello,

If problem only occurs 'under power' sounds like a u-joint (driveline - rear wheel drive) or a cv-axle (front wheel drive). Check for excessive play, fluid, boot tear and breakage.

My 1989 Chevey Celebrity started shaking the other day the front part of the car, not like the front end is messed up but it shakes.

Could be a wheel, tire, or axle shaft.
You could rotate the tires front to back and see if the vibration moves.
If it does the problem is one of the tires or wheels.
If it stays in the front, its probably one of the axle shafts. It could also be a hub bearing or something loose in the suspension. But a loose suspension part would normally show up when you hit a bump rather than on a smooth road.

Front end vibration at 40 mph and rubbing sound

Vibration at 40 mph hard to diagonisis without looking at front end. Could be wheels need balancing, new wheels and rims. Loose or worn suspension items.
Bring vehicle into a tire and alignment shop. Most Sears auto center have them.
With regards to rubbing noise again hard to diagonisis without looking at the affected tire, probably a splash shield hitting the tire in reverse.
Alignment shop will find the problem.
