Your car is in Limp mode, do not change anything. Get the car scanned and tell me what it says.

Reduced engine performance may be a sign that fuel is not getting through to the pump properly i would first change fuel filter then check for small leaks drawing air rather than losing fuel then finally the dreaded check the pump or pumps themselves

Change 24 hour clock non military time

You could select the 12 Hour clock mode instead of 24 hour as it may be set at now.

Also it needs to be confirmed if the audio system fitted to your vehicle supports 12 hour clock. Please check the two documents below after turning to the section on Clock setting. The menus to set this could vary depending on which audio system you have.

Rover workshop manual

You would be better off buying the Haynes manual that covers all aspects of the vehicle. If you can afford a Range Rover Vogue, you can afford the $30 odd for a manual

Sometimes my 2007 range rover has a ruff start feels like the gas isnt reaching the engine and we replaced the fuel pump?

Seeing as how the injectors have already been out I would bet that is your problem ! Go to a main Dealer or a good indy LR specialist who will hook up to a diagnostic center and tell you

My 2007 range rover sport supercharged is showing me reduce engine performance

because of everyday use there is wear and tear, some parts need a regular maintenance and even we need to change, in your case is definitely on the fuel efficiency, you need check the following parts, 1) check your fuel pump (dirty), 2) air filter (dirty), 3) Check spark plugs, 4) check your engine thermostat ( possible malfunction), 5) oxygen sensors (circuit low) and 6). catalytic converter (efficiency below threshold)... these are all connected for engine performance and efficiency...maybe one or two or even three from the list are not work properly... hope it can help you
