Has your Nissan sat for a period of time? If so, could be dirty gas...try adding 2 bottles of Heet gas line antifreeze and injection cleaner..also as this works, be sure not to let the gas level go below 1/4 tank...If needed check air filter dirty...throttle body dirty...Hope this helps.

I already clean throttle body an mass air sensors. Still hesistates. But starts and runs at a normal idle.

I als changed spark plugs. but did not change Modules. Do you think that may be the problem? Please advise.

Sounds like you are on the right track...Be sure to have a full tank, and use the 2 bottles of Heet/Injector cleaner...Does it hesitate at slow acceleration and high speed acceleration? Has the catalytic converter been tested or replaced? Same symptom.

SOURCE: fuel problem

I had the same problem with my 99 Subaru Forester and it was caused by oil leaking and getting into the spark plugs. We only needed to remove & clean one of the plugs and then we were running smoothly again. Very well could not be what your problem is but it's worth a shot mentioning.

SOURCE: Hesitation problem

try cleaning the inside of the MAF sensor and do the following procedure as well.
Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls at stops and low erratic idle speed and rough idle, it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

SOURCE: my nissan maxima stalls

Every answer here is wrong. This has been driving people nuts for 15 years. The problem is the engine wiring harness which has a bend going past the right strut tower, Nissan had a service bulletin on this in September of 1999, Google it, it's in pdf.

Hello,
When the MAF on most vehicles reach a point of preventing the engine from starting, you can usually just unplug it and the engine will start. If that doesn't work-
You may want to try having the O2 sensor, ( Oxygen sensor ), checked. It works with other components of the emission system and can cause similar symptoms as the MAF, including preventing the engine from starting.

Testimonial: "Other similar issues are the cam position sensor, which is located inside the distributor. It's easier to just replace the distributor."

When i start up the engine some time it will hesitate. i think it is electrical

You have to explain a little bit more. What car is it? What do you mean hesitates? What kind of sound does it make? You should go to autozone and have your battery and starter tested, its free.

Low idle and hesitation when driving

i had a similar problem, with a different car though, and it turned out that the seals in the fuel pumps had been eaten away by the ethanol in the fuel i was using. i had the fuel pumps replaced as well as the filter and switched to a different fuel that contained no ethanol and i haven't had a problem since.

My 2002 Nissan Maxima hesitates to start

if vehicle hesitates to start do you mean long cranking time (posible fuel pump) or no crank at all then suddenly starts then it is possible starter solenoid (notorious) - complete starter assembly needs replacement.
