It means the unit isn't reading your CDs/DVDs. It most likely means the unit is broken and needs to be replaced. There is no fix that I know of for CD/DVD units, only replacing.

There is a black tube that connects to the intake tube that is part of the PCV system. There is no PCV valve like on older vehicles. Be carefull when removing the tube from the nipple. THE NIPPLE CAN BREAK. Carefully remove the tube, clean it, then reinstall. GOODLUCK!!!!

I had the same problem. I started by applying penetrating oil to the bolt and then I tried a 2 jaw puller. But the jaws would not fit between the arm and the windshield. I then used a 2 1/2 inch "c" clamp and it fit perfectly. Turned the clamp bolt a few times, and the arm popped off the stud in about 10 seconds.
