Cant find the memory wire that hooks into my cd player

When i hooked up my cd player i cant figure out what color the stock memory wire is because when i hook up the yellow wire that runs from the car harness when i cut the car off and cut it back on it doesn't pick back up were it left off. So im thinking that the memory wire is a different color. Now i can hook the cd memory wire the the battery wire and it saves all my settings but i have to cut the cd player on and off manually instead of it coming on when the car is started and when i cut the car off i have to cut the cd player off

SOURCE: 94 Cadillac Concourse Dash color code chart

dawg i had the same problem and there is no way out of this! Believe me i tried it and fired the dash board twice!! I had everything workin got my bangs on and boom like 3 min later it frys. Best bet...go and get the wiring harness. 100 bucks :( but its the only one for ALL Cadillacs! I didnt want to spend the money for it but its was better than frying the dash again and better than using the piece of **** stock radio :)

SOURCE: cadillac catera wiring harness is not right.

My rear tail lights remain on any time I turn on the headlights so I ultimately have no break lights at night. This is accompanied by my cruise not working so it leads me to believe the problem is more on the break lights end. Any thoughts?

Left and right blinker and stop lights. You can get splicers that attach to your original wiring which is in the trunk behind the liner.

I cut my stock stereo harness and want to hook up a aftermarket CD player but I can't get any power

Power comes from 2 spots. Usually the orange wire(B+) goes to memory. You have to splice into an ignition on wire to power the radio. I splice from the A/C controller.

1998 Dodge Ram radio

Well, some how, the wiring for the front speakers didn't get hooked up or hooked up improperly. I assume it is a new cd player? If not, maybe it's the player itself.

06 cobalt stock system hook up

I cant really assist in this matter but I can let you know that I have a system in my 2006 Chevy Cobalt and that I have an aftermarket cd player installed. I had to pay $130 for a special adapter for it to be wired into the system because GM's newest idea of installing the stereo and airbags on the same wire scheme, is kind of a dumb idea.
