Remove the bolts.

SOURCE: Key is stuck in the ignition of our 07 GMC Acadia.

I also have a 07 model this happened to me as well.Once I charged the battery I was able to move the key. These SUV's act crazy if the charge on your battery falls below 10 volts.Any other car/SUV would start on 10 volts with no problem. Hopefully they have corrected this in the newer models
