Drain coolant, locate thermostat housing on engine at end of lower radiator hose, loosen clamp to remove hose from housing and disconnect sensor...remove bolts and carefully remove housing from engine. Inspect parts and replace anything worn (such as swollen hoses, damaged housing, defective temp sensor). Sealant is not necessary to re-install the thermostat.

This could happen if your fan is indeed weak.  To test disconnect the thermostat of the radiator by removing the terminals near the radiator hose towards the engine.  You should see the fan run at its highest speed, then you can check if your fan has weakened.

SOURCE: how to remove starter from 1991 acura legend

Follow the battery wire (disconnected) to the starter and remove the nut and solenoid wire. There should be two bolts to the bellhousing (a old term for the transmission to engine piece).

95 acura legend, if I install a air separator tank thru the bleeder valve to relieve the trap air ,will it affect the thermostat operation?

Let me guess. Some mechanic told you to do this to your Legend? :-)
Do not do this (if it's even possible)

The simplest thing you need to do for the Acura Legend is to bleed the coolant system to get rid of the trapped air.
